Sodium Polyacrylate CAS No 9003-04-7 Food Grade Additives
Description:
1. Food additive sodium polyacrylate is water-soluble polymer, soluble in water to form very sticky transparent liquid. The viscosity of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC), 15 to 20 times the sizes of sodium alginate, heat treatment, neutral salt, organic acids on its viscosity, smaller alkaline viscosity increases, when the long viscosity changes little. It has the thickening, emulsification, informs, stability, and other functions, the generral principles of using food additives(GB 2760-2014) specified in the can according to production need to add in all kinds of food.
2. Sodium Polyacrylate is the FDA approved the used of food addtives, such as can be used in a variety of food thickening, thickening of tendons, stability and preservation. Since the 1960 s is applied in abroad. In 2000 the ministry of heath of China formally approved the product as a food additive.

Functions:
Food Grade PAAS
