Introduction: 

1. Physics Properties: innocuity, white powder.
2. Well anti-corrosiveness: Well anti-saponification. The chlorine atom in the molecule chain integrates each other steadily,

    which makes the products waterproofing and anti-corrosive.
3. Excellent dissolving capacity: It can be dissolved in several kinds of solvent, including cheap aromatic hydrocarbon and ester.
4. Nicer clinging: It can well cling with the fundamental stuff. It also can cling on the surface of the metal such as aluminum and

    Zincum but rolled steel is exception.
5. Pretty stability: No reactive double bond and can not be oxidized and resolved easily.The coat is ovenproof, anti-aging, anti-pulverized

   and can not be turn yellow easily. Because of the existence of aether bond, it owns pretty inner plastication hence can not become fragile

   easily for the loss of plastizer.
6. Well interfusion capacity: Interfused with other painting materials easily. It can improve the capacity of alkyd, rigid copolymer, crylic acid                  copolymer, tar, asphaltum etc..

Widely used, mainly because of the following good qualities:

(1) Excellent solubility. It can be dissolved in many solvents, including benzene, ketone and ester, which are commonly used in ink production.

     Solvents such as Class I and other solvents, and after dissolution, the solution has a high transparency.

(2) Excellent blending property, easy to blend with other ink binders, thus improving the comprehensive properties of ink, such as CPP, CPP, etc.

EVA, CEVA resin, etc.

(3) Excellent dispersibility, strong dispersibility and wettability to ink pigments, so that the pigments can fully display it.

Primary color and transferability.

(4) Excellent adhesion, because the product molecular chain contains a large number of ether bonds, in BOPP, OPP, PET and other plastics.

The film has strong adhesion.

(5) Excellent stability, no reactive double bond, no saponifiable ester bond, and chlorine atom 10 in the molecular chain.

The above characteristics make the ink layer have good heat resistance, light resistance, aging resistance, yellowing resistance and pulverization properties.

Cautions for Storage and Transportation (Use)

Chloroether resin is affected by its glass transition temperature and stored under heavy pressure, high temperature, sun exposure

and humidity.Or in transportation environment, it is easy to cause caking phenomenon. Therefore, in the storage and transportation

of products, please strictly implement the following requirements:

Transportation should be airtight, avoid extrusion, avoid heat sources and humid environment. Store in a cool, dry, open place.

Wind warehouse, pay attention to moistureproof, sunscreen, high temperature. When in use, operators wear self-priming filter dust mask.

Keep away from fire and heat sources. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the workplace. Use good ventilation system and equipment to avoid powder production Dust, avoid contact with oxidizer. Handling should be light loading and unloading to prevent damage to packaging and containers.
