The torch relay of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games will be held in Beijing, Yanqing and Zhangjiakou from February 2 to 4. The torch relay route shows the characteristics of the competition area

Wan Xuejun, deputy director of the external liaison department of the Beijing Winter Olympic Organizing Committee, introduced that the transmission distance in the closed loop is 5.1 kilometers, and the average distance of each torch bearer is about 110 meters. The overall route starts from the South Gate of the South Park of the Olympic Forest Park, passes through the east gate and North Gate of the South Park of the Olympic Forest Park in a counterclockwise direction, and finally stops at the Olympic Declaration Square.

Wan Xuejun revealed that the torchbearers in the closed loop are mainly from the Olympic family. They will take vehicles from their respective stations to the South Gate of Orson park.
